It is up to the client whether they would like to participate live on the calls or on their own time via call recordings. Clients may opt in to purchase an add-on 60 minute private one-on-one session with Natalie Fox, which will be conducted over Zoom and must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date. Dates for private session scheduling are subject to Natalie Fox’s availability.

A client can request a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price up until the 3rd session is delivered. Refunds will not be granted after this time. This policy also applies to purchases of the add-on private session option. Refunds will also not be granted because of missed calls as clients can access all content and programming regardless of live participation.

3. Confidentiality:
Coach's Confidentiality:
The coach will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by participants during the coaching sessions and program materials, except as required by law. Session notes are created and stored on a HIPAA-compliant platform. Please note that session recordings are available to all clients enrolled in the program and therefore the security of any information shared on coaching calls cannot be guaranteed.
