I'm Ready!

Do you feel exhausted from being in a never-ending war with your brain over food?

Do you find yourself grieving the simple, effortless relationship with food that seems to come naturally to everyone else?

Then let's build your way out.

Seeing yourself here?

  • Binge cycles and mindless snacking make you feel like food is in charge, not you.

  • Constant food noise and challenges with impulse control have you operating from a place of hypervigilance and exhaustion.

  • You skip or miss meals all day, which severely affects your energy, spikes your stress, and sets you up to eat past fullness every night.
  • Food feels like your only reliable tool to focus, to soothe complicated emotions, or to fill a gap in stimulation.

  • Perfectionism, diet culture rules, and a scarcity mindset push you to set goals that don't fit your life, amplifying feelings of failure, shame, and guilt.

  • No plan you've tried fits your life, so consistent nourishment stays just out of reach.

It's a heavy load to carry alone.

Hi! I'm Natalie Fox,

and I know it all too well because I've been you.

I was talking about diets when I was 5.
I started my first one at 8.

I struggled with constant food noise and impulse control, chased "perfect" eating so rigidly it backfired into binges, and punished myself endlessly for snacking all day.

I reached my own breaking point in college. Out of sheer desperation, I figured out how to swap the rigid rules for kinder systems.
The change was so profound it led me back to school for nutrition.

And when I started practicing, and coaching groups, that's when I saw the huge gap. My neurodivergent clients were being set up to fail.
The tools they were given didn't address the root issues. They didn't account for their routines, their cycling energies, their brains, their lives.
It was a fast track to frustration and guilt.
And I remembered that isolation perfectly.

That's the moment I pivoted my entire practice to focus solely on ADHD.
And my own journey has become one of my most powerful coaching tools.

Now, with 6+ years of experience, a background in biochemistry, and specialized training in eating disorders (through Ample + Rooted), I’ve supported 400+ clients in turning their food struggles into strength.

So, let my experience tell you this:

Generic advice will continue to fail you because eating with ADHD has multiple, interlocking factors.

And for your eating goals to become fully sustainable, all four layers need to work in balance:

  • The Physiological Factor: hunger cues, energy crashes, sensory needs.
  • The Emotional Factor: stress eating, boredom eating, using food as reward or comfort, and the guilt-shame cycle that makes the ADHD brain feel like it's always behind.
  • The Neurological Factor: focus, fatigue, impulse control, working memory, dopamine, task initiation, and habit loops.
  • The Practical Factor: the environmental challenges: meal planning, grocery routines, time management, and kitchen setup.

If these aren't all actively considered and supported, it doesn’t matter how much time and energy you put into improving your relationship with food. You’re still likely to struggle.

And worst of all, unbalanced eating habits can lower your nutrition status, which actively worsens your ADHD symptoms, impacting executive function, impulsivity, cognitive flexibility, and the emotional regulation needed to make intentional choices. This can actively make every other part of your life harder.

So, where do you start as an ADHDer who wants to mend food habits, unstuck your cycles, and rewire?

You start by identifying what’s happening for you.

Then, you build tools that aligns with your needs, preferences, habits, and challenges, and that is respectful of your barriers.

Your food habits become easier, lower-friction, and eventually automatic.
Your systems become supportive, consistent, flexible, and rooted in compassion and ease.

This is the core mission of the
ADHD Food Freedom Course.

Walk you through the physiological, emotional, and neurological factors.
Give you a framework to build from the ground up through support, not top-down control.
Work with your brain by building habits around your need for dopamine, novelty, and regulation, not against it.

I Want In!

How is the Food Freedom framework built, step-by-step?

MODULE 1

Dopamine, Motivation & How to Set ADHD-Supportive Goals

Lay the foundation by understanding the neuroscience of motivation and practicing how to set goals you can actually start and stick to.

MODULE 2

Regular Nourishment

Decode your personal eating patterns and their impact on your brain. Move from chaotic cycles to consistent nourishment by learning to identify and respond to your body’s actual needs.

MODULE 3

Emotional & Stimulatory Regulation

Understand why you turn to food for comfort, focus, or stimulation—and learn to meet those core needs with intention. Build a personalized toolkit of short-term strategies and long-term habits to regulate your emotions and energy without relying on food.

MODULE 4

Unpacking Perfectionism

Identify how "all-or-nothing" thinking sabotages your eating goals and learn to replace rigidity with compassionate flexibility. Shift your focus from perfect results to sustainable progress, so you can build a system that adapts to real life.

MODULE 5

Unpacking Shame

Unlearn the harmful messages of diet culture that intensify shame, especially for ADHD brains. Break the link between scarcity, guilt, and binge eating to rebuild a peaceful and neutral relationship with food.

MODULE 6

Burnout & the ADHD-Supportive Environment

Understand how burnout dismantles your eating habits and learn to proactively design a physical and mental environment that supports—rather than drains—your energy, making consistency feel effortless.

MODULE 7

Staying the Course

Learn why you struggle to stick with things and build a resilient system designed for the long haul. Master the art of creating flexibility, novelty, and a compassionate "recentering plan" so you can adapt and continue, even when life gets chaotic.

This course is self-guided, delivered through digestable modules that contain short videos that are backed up with worksheets and visual-friendly text.

It’s built to prevent overload and let you implement as you learn.

Natalie is worth her weight in gold. She cares for her clients on a wholistic level; she not only has taught me about the science behind eating well but also helped me identify so many behavioral patterns as it relates to my relationship with food. Her insight is incredible and she has helped me more in just a few weeks than anyone else has helped in 10+ years. 500000/5 stars!!"

"The food freedom program was truly eye-opening. It explained why so many things I've tried before just didn't work (and it turns out it wasn't because I failed). Now, instead of wondering why I can't live up to something, I ask myself what I can do. Natalie gave me a different definition of consistency so that I can make choices that make me feel good instead of worrying if it's "good enough.""
